Cooking Instructions Eggy Egg Cups

1. Crack open egg

2. Gently pour the egg into the Eggy Egg Cup - *For best results, it is recommended to place a drop of oil

or spray 3 short bursts of cooking spray into the egg cup before pouring in your egg

3. Prepare the egg to your liking with spices, cheese, and more

4. Screw on the lid

5. Gently place the Eggy cup into boiling water to cook - *See below for recommended cooking times

6. Place in cool water or let cool on counter for approximately 2 minutes

7. Screw off lid and POP out your egg creations

8. Enjoy!

Recommended Cooking Times:

• Hard Boiled 13 - 16 minutes

• Medium Boiled 11 - 13 minutes

• Soft Boiled 8 - 10 minutes

• Omelet (Yolk and White) 13 - 15 minutes

• Omelet (Egg white) 12 - 14 minutes

• Omelet (Egg Substitute) 13 - 15 minutes
