In order to facilitate the credit process, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Kindly return items in their original packaging including hangers, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.
If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice.
